This project was adjacent to Wembley national stadium and so the users in general had more of an athletic background and more demanding workout requirements. We designed a space that could cater as much for performance weightlifting and HIIT style workouts as it could for more traditional styles of training. We installed two custom half racks with integrated weightlifting platforms as well as a full set of custom steel dumbbells and custom branded premium benches. The cardio equipment featured HIIT style kit such as Concept 2 rowers and ski erg’s as well as Assault air bikes and curve treadmills. As this space is unmanned, we also included a custom multigym and a plate loaded smith machine so that users could perform resistance training safely and without supervision.
