This 700-bedroom development in the city centre will be operated as an unstaffed facility. As with our previous Unite Students installs, we need to ensure residents can use the space safely and unsupervised. We installed a pin selected smith machine which can be used safely without supervision. The pin selected smith machine does not require weight plates, so space efficiency was also maximized. We included dual purpose machines to maximise output in a fairly small space. The client requested an update to our previous frame and upholstery finishes. Morriss house features the all-new Custom dumbbell design featuring updated logo design, new custom Bentley stitch upholstery with black leather finish and white frames. All of this tied together with premium cardio equipment from Technogym including Excite Live Range with pre-loaded class and guided workout experiences. We also installed the Technogym Ride smart bike which features a 22” touchscreen and allows users to ride sections of the tour de France.
