This project involved a full design and build of a multipurpose gym floor area, mezzanine studio space, partitioned private gym and treatment room as well as large changing room facilities, toilets and a staff office. LIFTD was the principal contractor overseeing the whole build and managed the construction program from start to finish. We installed all AV equipment including projectors, speakers, lighting, a large video wall and all access control software. We delivered a full fresh air ventilation system and air conditioning as well as all flooring, wall finishes, signage, plumbing works and electrics.
